Upon receiving your project in our shop, we move it to the prep room for an initial sanding.  This ensures that there are no fingerprints or dirt on the surface and that all the joints are flat.  We also check for any damage to the surface and fill or repair areas that need attention.  If we find major damage or defects we will call to inform you of them. 

The item is masked if necessary and set up for finishing.

Careful masking is important to a sharp, clean, good-looking finish.

If an item is to be stained, care is taken to get the color just right.

Your project is placed on a cart, rack or suspended from our track system for spraying.
